Sharan Polymer Pishro Company, which has the honor of being part of Azin Khodro Holding Group, relies on the technical knowledge and experienced technical staff of Hekmat Sanat Pishro Company and uses the most advanced industrial machines and laboratory equipment in the world for production of advanced industrial compounds, have started their activity since 2021.
The Sharan Polymer Pishro Company has based its goals on the annual supply of 20,000 tons of advanced engineering compounds for domestic companies, including Bronze Company, and the annual export of 10,000 tons.

1- Research and Development
This company has used the scientific and experienced staff to develop and achieve new products and move towards a bright future and long-term activities on new knowledge and technology in various industries at the domestic and international level.
2- Quality Control Laboratory
In addition to analysis and standardization, the laboratory of this company is responsible for an important role called quality control, and the purpose of this laboratory is to obtain correct and accurate results and accurate measurements of laboratory samples to achieve the high quality goal.

This part of the company was created to improve the quality and check the product before production on a large scale, as well as prototyping for the laboratory.

BEIGE POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUND:
This category of grades includes compounds of copolymer polypropylene with a range of 6-18 % mineral fillers, designed for automotive dashboard, door panel, and pillar.
This compound is UV-Stabilized, anti- scratch and resistant to impact. Also, a reasonable MFI makes a proper flowability of the compound in the injection mold. Different beige shades can be prepared and designed, according to the customer’s reference plate, by advanced applying of different pigments.
BLACK POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUND:
This category of grades are compounds of copolymer polypropylene with a range of 6-20 % mineral fillers, designed for automotive dashboard, door panel, and pillar.
The compound is UV-Stabilized, anti- scratch and resistant to impact. Also, a reasonable MFI makes a proper flowability of the compound in the injection mold.
BLACK RECYCLE POLYPROPYLENE:
These grades are designed and produced for presenting low-price polypropylene compounds with high percentage of recycled materials. High module compounds are available with high percentage of mineral powders and reasonable amount of virgin material. Highly toughened compounds are available with lower percentage of minerals and reasonable amount of elastomers.
GRAY POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUND:
This category of grades includes compounds of copolymer polypropylene with a range of 6-18 % mineral fillers, designed for automotive dashboard, door panel, and pillar.
This compound is UV-Stabilized, anti- scratch and resistant to impact. Also, a reasonable MFI makes a proper flowability of the compound in the injection mold. Different gray shades are available, per request, by balancing different percentage of carbon black, titanium oxide and other pigments.
PC-ABS:
Our polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) is a high-impact and high-strength amorphous thermoplastic blend, which is designed and formulated for easy processing with low-temperature ductility. The grade has excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and outstanding aesthetics. This blend provides an excellent design solution when both appearance and durability are important. Based on the customer’s focus on the properties like heat resistance, visual issues, impact resistance, metal plating, stiffness, and modulus of elasticity, the percentage balance between PC and ABS would be flexible for change, and the desired additives are added for the specified purposes. The grades are suitable for processing by injection molding, and recommended for applying in automotive interior parts like middle console, overhead console, glove box, dashboard panels, door cover panels, and pillars.
PA-GF:
This grade is specifically designed for applying in automotive manifolds. This glass fiber-reinforced and heat aging resistance injection molding grade is proper for injection in the complicated molds of automotive manifold. Simpler formulations are applicable in lamp socket housing, engine cover, radiator cap, and cooling fans. The material is resistant to chemicals and fuels, with a high thermal and dimensional stability and impact resistance. The compound`s ingredient include PA66, glass fiber (25-35%), stabilizers, mold release agent, impact modifier, and different engineering additives.
These grades are supplied dry and ready-to-use in moisture-proof packaging in the forms of jumbo bags or flat bags. To ensure that the perfectly dry material delivered cannot absorb moisture from the air, the containers must be stored in dry rooms and sealed again after portions of material have been withdrawn.
Hekmat Sanat Pishro Co., as a research-production company, was established in 2018 with the aim of compilation of technical knowledge and commercialization of chemical and polymer materials for automotive and oil industries. The company is working on three fields of automotive polyurethanes, additives for oil, petrochemical and oil well drilling industries, and solar energy projects.
